Cumquat Marmalade

Ingredients

• 2 12 lb cumquats
• 4 c water
• 3 c sugar

Directions

1. Slice cumquats and add water allow to stand overnight The next day boil until tender
2. Then add sugar and boil again till mixture jells which will take about 45 minutes
