Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c milk
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp rum extract
Directions
- Beat eggs margarine and sugar together until well mixed and fluffy
- Add milk flour salt baking powder and rum extract Beat well
- Pour in an angel cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 375 or 350
- Cool and remove from pan while its warm
