Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c margarine
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp rum extract

Directions

  1. Beat eggs margarine and sugar together until well mixed and fluffy
  2. Add milk flour salt baking powder and rum extract Beat well
  3. Pour in an angel cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 375 or 350
  4. Cool and remove from pan while its warm
