Currant-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

• 1 10 oz jar red currant jelly
• 14 c dry sherry
• 1 8 12 lb smoked fully cooked bone-in ham half

Directions

1. Combine currant jelly and sherry in a small saucepan cook over low heat stirring constantly until jelly melts
2. Remove from heat set aside
