Ingredients

  • pineapple rings drained
  • pear halves drained
  • 14 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • brown sugar

Directions

  1. Layer pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan
  2. Place pear halves over pineapple rings
  3. Melt butter
  4. Add curry powder Spoon over fruit
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit
  6. Bake at 350 for 12 hour
