Curried Fruit
Ingredients
- pineapple rings drained
- pear halves drained
- 14 lb butter
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- brown sugar
Directions
- Layer pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan
- Place pear halves over pineapple rings
- Melt butter
- Add curry powder Spoon over fruit
- Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit
- Bake at 350 for 12 hour
