Curry Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 lb chicken
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 14 c prepared mustard
• 12 c honey optional
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix milk butter mustard honey curry and salt in bowl until blended
2. Roll chicken in mixture making sure it is well coated Place chicken in roasting pan and place in 350 oven
