Curry Sausage Couscous

Ingredients
- 1 12 c couscous
- 14 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 14 c pistachio nuts coarsely chopped
- 12 tsp curry powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Prepare couscous as directed on package
- Cook sausage onion nuts curry powder salt and garlic in 10-inch skillet until pork is no longer pink
- Drain
- Stir in couscous and parsley
- Cook about 2 minutes or until mixture is hot
