Custard Filling

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp flour
• 12 c sugar
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 c milk
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp butter

Directions

1. Combine dry ingredients thoroughly
2. Add milk and eggs
3. Cook over boiling water until thick like pudding
4. Add vanilla and butter
5. Mix well
6. Cool
