Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 23 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 12 c scalded milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Combine in mixing bowl eggs sugar salt milk and vanilla Pour into a 9-inch pie shell
- Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
