Custard Pie Filling

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 13 c sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c milk
- 1 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Stir in sugar salt vanilla nutmeg and scalded milk then pour into egg mixture
- Pour into pastry shell Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Bake at 425 for 22 minutes or until firm Cool and serve
