D C H Chicken Salad A La Sandy Toerpe
Ingredients
- 8 cooked and cubed Market Day chicken steaks
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 4 chopped green onion tops
- dash of ginger
- 1 c Miracle Whip lite
- 1 c Cool Whip lite
Directions
- Mix together
- Put on a plate with a small bunch of grapes or other fresh fruit
- I also put a croissant or fresh roll on each plate
