Daddy JohnnyS Broccoli Bread

Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 c sharp grated cheese
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 box frozen broccoli chopped and thawed
• jalapeno peppers to taste
• 1 stick butter melted and halved

Directions

1. Mix cornmeal mix eggs cheese onion broccoli peppers and half of the melted butter
2. Coat skillet with the rest of the melted butter
3. Pour in mixture
4. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until done
