DadS Horsey Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 12 c mayo
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 Tbsp powder horseradish
• 1 Tbsp dry mustard

Directions

1. Put the dry ingredients in a small bowl
2. Make sure all lumps are crushed and well blended
3. Put mayo in mixing bowl then mix the horseradish mustard cayenne and vinegar into the mayo with an electric mixture
4. Will make about 3 cups which can be stored in jelly jars etc
5. Is exceptionally good with beef or pork
