Dainty Delight

Ingredients

• 1 c coconut
• 2 c all-purpose flour sifted
• 12 c sugar
• 2 sticks butter room temperature
• 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding

Directions

1. Cream butter

3. Add flour one cup at a time Add coconut
4. Spread

7. cookie sheet
8. Bake at 300 for 35 to
9. 40
10. minutes or until golden brown
11. Stir with fork every 3
12. to 5 minutes while baking
13. Let cool
14. Crumble 34 of mixture in Pyrex dish
