Dandelion Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 qt dandelion blossoms without stems
- 1 qt water
- 1 pkg Sure-Jell
- 1 tsp lemon or orange extract
- 4 12 c sugar
Directions
- Boil blossoms in 1 quart of water for about 3 minutes only Drain off
- Add 3 cups juice to Sure-Jell and lemon or orange extract
- Bring to a boil
- Add sugar
- Boil about 3 minutes
- Can seal and process 5 minutes in boiling water bath
- Makes 5 12 pints
