Danish Kringle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 c cream
  • 4 c flour

Directions

  1. Mix butter and flour then add cream
  2. Roll out and cut in strips
  3. Shape in figures of an 8
  4. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes checking often
