Danish Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 34 c water
  • 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 12 lb bologna ground
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 c finely rolled cracker crumbs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten

Directions

  1. Cook brown sugar vinegar water and dry mustard for 10 minutes
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and 12 the syrup mixture
  3. Put in pan and cover with the remaining syrup
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
