Dark Chocolate Turtles
Ingredients
- 2 6 14 oz pkg vanilla caramels
- 2 Tbsp evaporated milk
- 2 c pecan halves
- 1 8 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 13 bar paraffin canning wax
Directions
- Combine the caramels with milk
- in
- the top of a double boiler and heat until caramels are melted
- You can do this in the microwave too at High for about 3 to 4 minutes stirring often Beat
- with
- a
- wooden
- spoon
- until
- creamy
- Stir
- in pecans Drop by spoonfuls onto a sheet of buttered wax paper Let set for 15 minutes
