Date Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 c Crisco
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp cloves
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 12 c chopped dates
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 3 whole eggs
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 c cherries

Directions

1. Cream the Crisco and sugar until smooth Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth Add other ingredients
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Bake until brown
