Date Nut Cookies Or Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 c soft margarine
- 2 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 c buttermilk
- 3 12 c plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 c broken pecans
- 2 c cut cherries
- 2 c chopped dates
Directions
- Cream margarine sugar eggs and buttermilk
- Sift together and stir in flour soda and salt
- Mix in pecans cherries and dates
- Chill for cookies
