Date Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 lb dates
- 1 lb nuts
- 5 egg whites
- speck of salt
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat the egg whites until they are stiff
- Mix the sugar baking powder and salt together
- Fold into the egg whites this mixture
- Stone and chop nuts
- Fold into the sugar and egg mixture
- Bake in oiled tin for 25 to 30 minutes at 350
- This pudding is best served about 3 days after it is made
