Deep-Dish Brownie
Ingredients
- 34 c butter or margarine melted
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 34 c unsifted all-purpose flour
- 12 c Bakers cocoa
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Blend melted butter or margarine sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl
- Add eggs and beat well with a spoon
- Combine flour cocoa baking powder and salt
- Gradually add to egg mixture until well blended
- Spread in greased 8-inch square pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan
- Cool and cut into squares
