Deep Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 12 c Gold Medal flour
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c sliced apples

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425
2. Stir together sugar flour nutmeg cinnamon and salt
3. Mix with apples
4. Put in ungreased baking dish
5. Dot with butter
6. Put pie crust over fruit
7. Put slits in crust Bake 1 hour
