Deep Dish Chocolate-Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 14 c sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp corn meal
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 12 c milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 34 to 1 c pecans
- 1 unbaked pie crust deep dish
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients
- Mix eggs milk and vanilla and add to dry mixture
- Stir in pecans
- Pour into prepared pie crust bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
