Ingredients
- 10 to 12 peaches pared and sliced
- 14 tsp almond extract
- 13 c brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 23 c granulated sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp flour
