Deep Dish Taco Squares

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck
• 23 c mayonnaise
• 1 c sharp shredded cheese
• 2 c Bisquick
• 3 to 4 tomatoes
• 1 c chopped green peppers
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 large onion
• 12 c water
• 1 pkg taco seasoning

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish
3. Cook and stir beef until brown drain
4. Put in taco seasoning
5. Mix sour cream mayonnaise cheese and onion and put aside
6. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms
7. Pat into greased pan press to 12 inch on sides of pan
8. Layer beef tomatoes and then green peppers in pan over dough
9. Spoon sour cream mixture over top
10. Bake until edges of dough are light brown about 25 to 30 minutes
