Deep Dish Taco Squares
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 23 c mayonnaise
- 1 c sharp shredded cheese
- 2 c Bisquick
- 3 to 4 tomatoes
- 1 c chopped green peppers
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 large onion
- 12 c water
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish
- Cook and stir beef until brown drain
- Put in taco seasoning
- Mix sour cream mayonnaise cheese and onion and put aside
- Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms
- Pat into greased pan press to 12 inch on sides of pan
- Layer beef tomatoes and then green peppers in pan over dough
- Spoon sour cream mixture over top
- Bake until edges of dough are light brown about 25 to 30 minutes
