Deep South Greens

Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens
- 3 or 4 ham hocks
Directions
- Pick leaves off stems
- Throw stems away
- Cut up leaves wash
- Wash ham hocks
- Put ham hocks in 3-quart pot full of water
- Cook ham hocks until tender
- Put greens in with ham hocks
- Salt to taste
- Cook until leaves are soft
- Serve with Southern Fried Cornbread
