Deer Chili Pie

Ingredients
- 2 lb deer
- 2 pkg mild chili seasoning
- 1 qt tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 8 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 onion chopped
- 8 to 10 slices cheese
- 1 large bag corn chips
Directions
- Brown deer and onion in frying pan Drain While this is cooking in a large pot mix all ingredients except cheese and chips
- Let this simmer for about 12 hour then add meat and onion
- Let this simmer for 12 hour more Take 8 to 10 bowls depending on how many are to be served
- Put corn chips in bottom Pour chili on top then put a slice of cheese on Serve Leftover chili can be frozen if desired
