Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 14 Tbsp onion salt
  • 14 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • dash of ground cayenne red pepper

Directions

  1. This recipe is for 11 pounds of deer meat
  2. Mix ingredients and soak strips of meat for 8 hours
  3. Dry to your taste
