Deer Jerky

Ingredients
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp powdered onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Use any part of the deer cut into strips
- Marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator
- Remove drain strips on paper towels and place in racks in the oven
- Place a drip pan underneath to catch juice
- Turn oven to lowest setting and leave door open slightly
