Deer Jerky

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 14 Tbsp onion salt
- 14 Tbsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- dash of ground cayenne red pepper
Directions
- This recipe is for 11 pounds of deer meat
- Mix ingredients and soak strips of meat for 8 hours
- Dry to your taste
