Deer Jerky

Ingredients

  • 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 12 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp powdered onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Use any part of the deer cut into strips
  2. Marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator
  3. Remove drain strips on paper towels and place in racks in the oven
  4. Place a drip pan underneath to catch juice
  5. Turn oven to lowest setting and leave door open slightly
