Deer Roast
Ingredients
- 1 large roast
- 8 large potatoes
- 4 large carrots
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c steak sauce
- 12 c Texas Pete
- 1 pkg mushroom mix
- 2 pkg brown gravy mix
Directions
- Place roast in browning bag Add potatoes carrots and onion Mix all sauces and gravy mix together Add water
- Mix well and pour over roast in browning bag Close and cook slowly for 4 hours or until tender
