Delicious And Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients
- 12 c white flour
- 14 c whole wheat flour
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 c buttermilk
- 12 c skim milk
- 1 egg white beaten to soft peaks
- 2 tsp olive oil or salad oil
Directions
- Preheat frypan or griddle
- In medium bowl combine dry ingredients
- Add buttermilk and skim milk stir just until combined
- Fold in egg white gently add olive or salad oil
- Cook on hot griddle which has been sprayed with nonstick spray
- These pancakes contain no cholesterol
