Delicious Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 4 c cake flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 c white sugar
• 34 c creamed Crisco
• 4 egg yolks
• 3 c chopped apples
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c black walnuts
• 4 egg whites

Directions

1. Sift first 4 ingredients together In large bowl cream sugar Crisco and egg yolks together Use a little of the flour mixture over the raisins and nuts Combine flour mixture and apples with creamed mixture Then add raisins and nuts Beat egg whites until they peak Fold in cake mixture Bake 1 hour at 350 in tube pan
