Delicious Baked Cabbage

Ingredients

• 4 or 5 c cut cabbage
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 12 c corn flakes
• 14 lb Cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 c milk
• 14 lb American cheese grated

Directions

1. Salt and cook
2. cabbage
3. with
4. very
5. little
6. water until tender
7. drain well
8. Grease a baking dish
9. Alternate a layer of cabbage layer of
10. cheese
11. and a layer of White Sauce
12. Top with a layer of
13. cheese
14. and
15. sprinkle with corn flake crumbs Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is brown
