Delicious Crock-Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 12 tsp garlic and pepper seasoning
  • 2 medium potatoes

Directions

  1. Soak chops in salt water 1 tablespoon salt to enough water to cover chops for 15 minutes
  2. This removes blood from the meat Remove chops from water pat dry with paper towels
  3. Brown chops in frying pan
  4. Place potatoes washed and sliced lengthwise with skins on in bottom of crock-pot
  5. Mix soup with water stir in the garlic and pepper seasoning
  6. Pour soup mixture over potatoes in crock-pot
  7. After chops are browned place chops in soup mixture in crock-pot
  8. Cover let cook on high for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours
