Delicious Crock-Pot Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 12 tsp garlic and pepper seasoning
- 2 medium potatoes
Directions
- Soak chops in salt water 1 tablespoon salt to enough water to cover chops for 15 minutes
- This removes blood from the meat Remove chops from water pat dry with paper towels
- Brown chops in frying pan
- Place potatoes washed and sliced lengthwise with skins on in bottom of crock-pot
- Mix soup with water stir in the garlic and pepper seasoning
- Pour soup mixture over potatoes in crock-pot
- After chops are browned place chops in soup mixture in crock-pot
- Cover let cook on high for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours
