Delicious Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 12 lb ground chuck
- 12 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp catsup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- cracker meal
- catsup
Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients and place in a casserole Sprinkle cracker meal over top
- Cover with catsup
- Dot with butter
- Bake at 375 for 12 hour
- Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes longer
