Delicious Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 34 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 13 c white sugar
- 14 c chilled margarine cut into 6 pieces
- 6 c sliced peaches
Directions
- Beat egg white until foamy
- Brush over the bottom and sides of pastry
- In a small bowl combine flour and sugars
- Cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs
- Sprinkle 23 into bottom of pastry
- Top with peaches
- Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture
- Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender
