Delicious Pecans

Ingredients

• 6 c pecan halves
• 1 12 c sugar
• 12 c orange juice
• 12 c water
• 14 c Italian olive oil

Directions

1. In a 12-inch skillet combine all ingredients
2. Cook over medium heat stirring often until liquid disappears and nuts have a glazed appearance
3. Pour onto a long pan covered with wax paper Separate nuts quickly using a fork
4. Cool completely
5. Store in covered container
6. Refrigerate or freeze for longer preservation
