Delicious Potato Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes enough for 1 c mashed potatoes reserve potato water
- 23 c shortening
- 23 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 eggs
- 6 to 7 c flour
Directions
- Pour 1 13 cups hot potato water over shortening sugar and salt
- Allow to stand until lukewarm
- Dissolve yeast in 14 cup lukewarm water
- Add to first mixture
- Then add eggs mashed potatoes and flour
