Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage crumbled
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 cans beef consomme
• 1 c rice

Directions

1. Brown sausage in skillet stirring until crumbly drain Combine with remaining ingredients in 9 x 13-inch casserole
2. Bake covered with foil at 375 for 40 minutes
