Delicious Sugar Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz can frozen apple juice concentrate
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 6 c peeled sliced Delicious apples
• pastry for 2-crust pie

Directions

1. Combine margarine cornstarch spices and a little apple juice in a small bowl
2. Stir until well blended
3. Place remaining apple juice in a saucepan bring to a boil
4. Stir cornstarch mixture into apple juice
5. Pour over apples stir carefully to coat all sliced apples
6. Pour into unbaked pie crust
7. Place top crust over apples
8. Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes
9. Reduce temperature to 375 bake for 30 minutes longer
10. You can sprinkle tiny bit of cinnamon on top of crust if you want to
