Delicious Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 c mashed sweet potatoes
• 12 c sugar
• dash of nutmeg or cinnamon
• 14 c softened butter or margarine
• 13 tsp salt
• 14 c raisins
• 14 c walnuts or pecans
• 14 lb marshmallows

Directions

1. Mash the sweet potatoes
2. Add sugar spices butter or margarine and salt
3. Beat until light then stir in raisins and nuts
