Delightful Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 medium cucumber chopped
• 12 c walnuts chopped
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 carton small curd cottage cheese
• 1 c salad dressing

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Stir in vinegar
3. Chill until almost congealed
4. Add remaining ingredients mix well Place in mold chill until firm
5. Serves 8
