Delores Double Crust Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c Crisco shortening
  • 13 c cold water

Directions

  1. Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly
  2. Gently stir in cold water until pastry holds together
  3. Divide into 2 parts Roll out on floured surface
