Deluxe Crackers

Ingredients
- 2 c rolled oats
- 12 c pecans
- 12 c coconut
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 23 c water
- 12 c corn oil
- coarse pretzel salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Place oats in a processor container and process until fine
- Add pecans and process again
- Add coconut and again process to blend well
- Add flour sugar salt water and oil
- Process on pulse until a dough forms
- Divide dough in half
- Roll each half onto a 11 x 16-inch jelly roll pan
- A straight sided glass works well as a rolling pin
- Dough will be thin
- Sprinkle with salt
- Cut dough into diamonds squares or strips before baking
- Bake about 30 minutes until crisp and browned
- Store airtight
- Great with dips or spreads or even plain
