Deluxe Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 12 c confectioners sugar
• 1 c butter
• 4 eggs beaten
• 2 c sugar
• 13 c lemon juice plus a little extra about 2 lemons
• 14 c flour
• 12 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Cook the first 3 ingredients until the mixture clings together
2. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
3. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
4. Beat together the eggs sugar and lemon juice and add flour and baking powder
5. Pour over crust
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
7. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top
8. Cool and cut in bars
