Deluxe Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 12 c confectioners sugar
- 1 c butter
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 c sugar
- 13 c lemon juice plus a little extra about 2 lemons
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Cook the first 3 ingredients until the mixture clings together
- Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
- Beat together the eggs sugar and lemon juice and add flour and baking powder
- Pour over crust
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top
- Cool and cut in bars
