Deluxe Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs beaten
• 14 c unseasoned dry bread crumbs
• 2 green onions with tops chopped
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 34 tsp Lawrys seasoned pepper
• 12 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
• 2 large potatoes peeled grated and laid on ice
• 1 c 4 oz grated Cheddar cheese
• 4 bacon slices cooked and crumbled

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine eggs bread crumbs onion milk seasoned pepper and seasoned salt
2. Drain potatoes and stir in egg mixture
3. Add 12 of Cheddar cheese and 12 bacon
4. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole
5. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes
6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon
7. Bake 5 minutes longer
8. Garnish with additional cooked bacon and parsley
