Dessert Fruit Pizza6 Servings

Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry 12-inch sq
- 1 oz part skim Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 12 c Ricotta cheese
- 14 c golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp walnuts chopped
- 12 tsp ground cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 2 California nectarines sliced
- 1 fresh California Bartlett pear cored and sliced
- 3 Tbsp orange marmalade warmed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- On large baking pan place pastry Fold edges under to form ridge
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella
- Top with small dollops of Ricotta
- Sprinkle with raisins nuts and spices
- Arrange fruit on top
- Drizzle with marmalade
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pastry is puffed and brown
