Devil Crabs
Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat 7 oz
- 3 pieces bread or 1 piece bread
- 1 mashed potato
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 12 c chopped onion celery and parsley
Directions
- Simmer the chopped onion celery and parsley in 1 tablespoon butter
- Do not let it brown
- Then mix the crab meat bread crumbs and chopped eggs together
- Add to the mixture 12 tablespoon red pepper and 14 tablespoon salt
