Devil Crabs

- 1 slice stale bread grated fine
- 18 lb butter
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 small onion grated
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 c milk

- Remove all bones in meat
- Put all ingredients in
- Pour in sauce and mix well but gently with handsPut

- shells
- sprinkle
- with crumbs Bake in 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until brown Should make about 8
