Deviled Clams

Ingredients
- 1 doz large clams
- 13 as many bread crumbs as you have clams
- 1 tsp butter
- scant tsp mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1 12 tsp chopped parsley
- 12 c milk
- 12 c clam broth
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients and let stand for bread crumbs to absorb liquid
- Mixture should be moist
- Fill the half clam shells
- Sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
