Deviled Clams

Ingredients

  • 1 doz large clams
  • 13 as many bread crumbs as you have clams
  • 1 tsp butter
  • scant tsp mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 12 tsp chopped parsley
  • 12 c milk
  • 12 c clam broth

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and let stand for bread crumbs to absorb liquid
  2. Mixture should be moist
  3. Fill the half clam shells
  4. Sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
