Deviled Crab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • butter size of walnut
  • 1 c canned milk
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • shake or 2 of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cook eggs
  2. While they are hot mash them up in casserole dish with butter
  3. Put crab meat in
  4. Add salt and pepper mustard Worcestershire sauce lemon juice and milk
  5. Stir
  6. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter
  7. Cook at about 375 for approximately 30 minutes
  8. Be sure to pull crab meat apart
