Deviled Crab
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- butter size of walnut
- 1 c canned milk
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- shake or 2 of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Cook eggs
- While they are hot mash them up in casserole dish with butter
- Put crab meat in
- Add salt and pepper mustard Worcestershire sauce lemon juice and milk
- Stir
- Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter
- Cook at about 375 for approximately 30 minutes
- Be sure to pull crab meat apart
