Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- paprika to taste
Directions
- Put eggs in a large saucepan with enough water to cover 14 to 12 inch above eggs
- Bring to a boil
- Set timer for 10 minutes drain
- Run cold water over eggs to cool
- Peel and slice eggs lengthwise
- Separate yolks
- Mix yolks mustard and mayonnaise
- Stuff into whites with spoon and fork
- Garnish with paprika
