Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • paprika to taste

Directions

  1. Put eggs in a large saucepan with enough water to cover 14 to 12 inch above eggs
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Set timer for 10 minutes drain
  4. Run cold water over eggs to cool
  5. Peel and slice eggs lengthwise
  6. Separate yolks
  7. Mix yolks mustard and mayonnaise
  8. Stuff into whites with spoon and fork
  9. Garnish with paprika
